Maintaining projects as well as such involving extensive renovation and remodeling of large facilities compose a vital part of our professional experience. Included are housing, public, office and commercial buildings, as well as a considerable number of US-Army projects.
In addition to all architect performances, we also cover electrical, mechanical and sanitary engineering in-house. Needless to say, this continually proves to be very advantageous, because it enables us to maintain an optimum level of information flow, coordination and organization of engineering disciplines.
The scope of services K+W Architects+Engineers offers its customers is not restricted to those commonly rendered for construction projects. Professional facility- and cable management also belong to our fields of services - a service which genuinely supports the owner as well as the user of a facility in achieving and maintaining a high level operational efficiency. Our support in this modern field of engineering is however not limited to buildings under construction, but can also be provided for occupied facilities.
